Shipping - We ship by Fedex Ground, UPS or USPS which normally takes 7-10 business days for delivery, on our
smaller items. Overnight and Second Day delivery are available at an additional charge. For delivery outside the
contiguous  48 states & Canada, please call for specific charges.

Delivery fees for Furniture & oversize items - Due to the size and weight on most of our items, delivery is
made by a freight company. In addition to a regular delivery fee, oversize items have an extra shipping charge. This
amt. will be stated in brackets after the item's price (when our new catalog comes out). For now, we will need you
to call with your City, Zip Code and Contact  information- we will then contact the shipping company to get you a
Shipping Freight Quote.

Freight Deliveries - Our large heavy items require a delivery by a motor freight carrier, often equipped with a lift
gate. These trucks are not allowed to back-up or drive on private driveways or property. Hence, the merchandise
is off loaded by the driver at the curbside. We provide only the freight company with your contact information, so
they can schedule the  delivery in advance. Items difficult to move due to size & weight, may require assistance that
you will have to provide.

Deposits - For furniture and other items that may require four or more weeks for delivery, we require a 50%
deposit at the time the order is placed. When delivery is scheduled, we will charge the remaining 50% plus the
shipping quote.

Gift Certificates - When you can't decide what to give, consider a Amdia Inc. Victorian Marketplace, gift
certificate. When calling of contacting us, use the item# VM-GC-01 and indicate any amount in $5 increments,
starting at $20. We'll deliver the certificate, along with a personal message and our catalog, by first-class mail at no
additional charge.
Remember, Aluminum represents-10th. Wedding Anniversary!

Gift Orders - With an gift orders, we will enclose a gift enclosure card with your personal message. Most of our
items will need to be "crated" to ensure safe delivery & inspection at the time of delivery, but we can "dress up" the
crate for you, just ask.

Discount Policy - Although we do have faithful dealers who pick up our un-finished merchandise & finish to sell. 
We can offer discount rates to our finished merchandise, to be made available to everyone - including individuals,
design, professionals & non-profit, such as museums, churches & universities.

Orders with items totaling $4000.00-$9,999.00 receive a 5% discount
Orders totaling - $10,000-$14,999 receive a 10% discount
Orders totaling - $15,000-$$19,999 receive a 15% discount
Orders totaling - $20,000 or more receive an additional discount based on the size of the order

Damaged Merchandise - We try very hard to ensure damage during freight does not happen. That is why most
all of our aluminum products are "crated" with wood. Please inspect your crate when it arrives, & have the carrier
note anything that looks wrong with the package. If item is broken or damaged in anyway, you will need to call the
carrier & us. We will file all necessary claim forms for you. Keep the original packaging until it can be inspected by
freight company.
